Leadership Education & Action Program (LEAP)

LEAP is a low-commitment leadership organization that focuses on group discussion and events in order to develop the skills needed within the student body. Through our discussions, we hope to highlight the responsibilities and opportunities that all kinds of leadership can bring. We are a diverse group that understand and respect the fact that leadership can take many forms, and we look forward to hearing everybody’s perspectives. Through our group events and programs, we hope to develop traits such as accountability and initiative in order to better equip ourselves for future endeavors. LEAPers can expect to grow alongside their peers in becoming more flexible and responsible in all kinds of leadership situations.
